Chart Highlights: Avril Lavigne Holds For 3rd Week; 2 New Top 10 Entries

The entire top 3 stays the same, but the rest of the top 10 is shifting around this week.

Avril Lavigne's "Here's To Never Growing Up" continues its command at #1, by staying for a third consecutive week. Two weeks ago, the single became the 6th #1 debut in our chart's history. It significantly gains in airplay for a second week, unlike most powerhouse debuts in their junior (3rd) week.

Holding at #2 (for a fourth week) is Macklemore's "Can't Hold Us (feat. Ray Dalton)". The song should easily top the tally as did its predecessor, but Avril's hit has been very unpredictable.

Sharon Doorson holds at #3 with hit single "Fail In Love".

Ellie Goulding lands her third top 5 hit with "Figure 8" as it blasts 9-4. Her other two top 5 singles also peaked at #4. She congruently rises with her other charting titles "I Need Your Love" and "Anything Could Happen", and is the biggest point gaining artist for a second consecutive week. "Anything Could Happen" could make history if it eventually reaches the top 10 (very likely), with the "Longest Climb to Top 10".

Icona Pop's "I Love It (feat. Charli XCX)" dips 4-5 after commanding the list three weeks ago. The song has had one of the quickest tumbles in chart history, as it has reached the top 10, peaked at #1, and is already heading down the list in just a 10 week lifespan.

Rihanna dips 5-6 with Hip Hop/ R&B track "Pour It Up". Although it dips one position, the single was significantly up in airplay. "Figure 8" is the main reason for its descend. The single became her ninth top 5 hit last week, when it spiked 10-5.

Demi Lovato skips ahead of Carly Rae Jespen for the first time in their 9 week runs. She moves 12-7 with "Heart Attack". The single becomes her second consecutive top 10 single after "Give Your Heart A Break".

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis also claim the #8 position with four week #1 runner "Thrift Shop (feat. Wanz)". The single descends 6-8.

Vita Chambers dips 8-9 with debut hit "Fix You". As of this week, the single has spent 20 consecutive weeks in the chart's top 10. This is just 2 weeks from tying the current record set by Rihanna's "Diamonds (Shahaf Moran Remix)", and 3 from breaking it.

Rounding out the top 10 is last week's top debut. NERVO's "Hold On" whizzes past Carly Rae Jepsen for the last top 10 slot. The song jumps 14-10.

Come back Saturday for the official chart!
