10 Most Anticipated Singles of 2013

Here is a countdown of our personal list of "Most Anticipated Singles of 2013".

10. Come and Get It by Selena Gomez
Scheduled Release: April 8th, 2013

Hopefully this new single can replicate the success of Selena's previous hits. Although we want something good, we have a feeling this single might not live up to the hype it has received. We were right! We hate the song! Doesn't live up to the hype it has received from people including Selena herself!

9. Here's to Never Growing Up by Avril Lavigne
Scheduled Release: April 9th, 2013 

We have truly missed Avril, and are disappointed that it took her over three years to return. Hopefully this single will help restore faith in her fans.

8. The Other Side by Jason Derülo
Scheduled Release: April 16th, 2013

After the flop of his second studio album, Jason is back to prove that he is still a great singer. This highly anticipated release will make it or break it for him.

7. TBA by Nicki Minaj
Scheduled Release: TBA

Although Nicki Minaj doesn't need to return with a new song this year, rumor has it she is back in the studio and could drop her next album as early as the fall of this year.

6. Don't Gotta Work It Out/TBA by Beyoncé
Scheduled Release: Spring (April/May) 2013

After rumors swirled that Beyoncé's "Grown Woman" (which was featured in her new Pepsi commercial) was to be released as the first single from her 5th album, her rep announced a different song will serve as the lead single. The rep said it will be released soon. It is rumored to be called "Don't Gotta Work It Out".

5. TBA by Rihanna
Scheduled Release: Fall/Winter 2013

Based on Rihanna's never ending cycle of album churning success, a new single could drop in either the fall or winter of this year. Despite this, many individuals claim that Rihanna might take a year off, without releasing any new material.

4. Grown Woman by Beyoncé
Scheduled Release: April 8th, 2013. April 2013

We were 100% impressed with the 40 second snippet featured in the new Pepsi commercial, and are very excited for its full premiere.

3. Truth or Dare by Shakira

Not much to say about this one other than... can't wait!

We heard Maroon 5 was heading back to the studio to record a new studio album! Since we have liked almost all of their recent material, they rank #2.
