I will be covering songs #90-81 in this post!
90. "Girl On Fire (feat. Nicki Minaj) [Inferno Version]" by Alicia Keys
Peak: 24
Weeks On: 18
Points: 315
2012-2013/All Time Rank: 164
Certification: Silver
While becoming a major hit in the United States, "Girl On Fire" didn't grab me at first. It took quite a while for me to begin liking it. As I started to enjoy it, it started to disappear from radio. Following in suit, it started to drop on my list. It peaked only at #24 due to this off schedule, which likely affected the song's performance negatively.
89. "We Own It (Fast & Furious)" by 2 Chainz & Wiz Khalifa
Peak: 10
Weeks On: 13
Points: 329
2012-2013/All Time Rank: 161
Certification: Silver
After a stellar #10 debut, this soundtrack song quickly tumbled down the list. It became the just the second soundtrack single to chart (after a Jessie J song). After Paul Walker's death, it started to obtain more plays, but still failed to re-enter the top 50. It is the only entry made by 2 Chainz and 2nd from Wiz Khalifa on my chart.
88. "Lolita" by The Veronicas
Peak: 11
Weeks On: 19
Points: 333
2012-2013/All Time Rank: 115
Certification: Silver
Last Year (2012): 112 (+24)
The Veronicas returned with "Lolita" (possibly their best song to date) in 2012. It underwhelmed in their native Australia and was demoted to a promotional single almost immediately. It still had a pretty decent run on my list and ultimately peaked at #11, likely the most bittersweet position available.
87. "Try" by P!nk
Peak: 8
Weeks On: 34
Points: 335
2012-2013/All Time Rank: 48
Certification: Gold
Last Year (2012): 58 (-29)
87. "Try" by P!nk
Peak: 8
Weeks On: 34
Points: 335
2012-2013/All Time Rank: 48
Certification: Gold
Last Year (2012): 58 (-29)
"Try" had a very weird split year. In its 31st week it peaked at #8 (in 2013) before dropping off the top 50 3 weeks later. It had previously reached #10 early on in its 2012 run.
86. "Let There Be Love" by Christina Aguilera
Peak: 4
Weeks On: 26
Points: 336
2012-2013/All Time Rank: 68
Certification: Gold
Last Year (2012): 72 (-14)
"Let There Be Love" followed "Your Body" as Christina's second solo top 5 hit (#4) and split into 2013 (nearly half and half). It was snubbed at American radio, which likely caused the song to drop quicker than "Your Body".

85. "Euphoria" by Loreen
Peak: 1 (x3)
Weeks On: 53
Points: 340
2012-2013/All Time Rank: 10
Certification: Platinum
Last Year (2012): 15 (-70)
Last year's Eurovision winner spends a second year in the top 100 overall, thanks to lasting 53 weeks on the chart (tying for the most in history). Coming off a great first year, "Euphoria" lost a lot of steam in early 2013. When Eurovision 2013 was concluded, "Euphoria" had a major point boost, which ultimately helped it rank this high on the year end 2013 list.
84. "Fine China" by Chris Brown
Peak: 17
Weeks On: 13
Points: 344
2012-2013/All Time Rank: 154
Certification: Silver
This Michael Jackson inspired banger was something audiences would have no problem eating up. Yet again, airplay was very weak on American radio (which DOES influence my chart somewhat) causing the song to drop pretty quickly. In true it is one of Chris Brown's better tracks and should have performed at about the same level as his previous chart entry ("Don't Wake Me Up" peaked at #2).
83. "Work B**ch" by Britney Spears
Peak: 6

Points: 360

Described as a "come back" single, this song ventured outside the box for me. It was loud, different and something that seems like it could have been released by Britney but seemed unlikely. At first I really heavily disliked the song (which managed a very weak debut at #42). The following week I had a change of heart and it blasted to #12. At this point I think the song is good but seems a little TOO UNIQUE.
82. "You, My Everything" by Ellie Goulding
Peak: 19

82. "You, My Everything" by Ellie Goulding
Peak: 19
Weeks On: 17
Points: 369
2012-2013/All Time Rank: 149
Certification: Silver
This song was released as a promotional single for the final series of "Skins", a British TV miniseries. It was also released on an Ellie Goulding re-release album, which caused it to have a pretty good start. Following this, it dropped alongside fellow Ellie Goulding track "Under Control" and departed the list after a respectable 17 weeks.
81. "The Monster (feat. Rihanna)" by Eminem
Peak: 1 (x1)
Weeks On: 8
Points: 377
2012-2013/All Time Rank: 147
Certification: Silver
My current #1 opened at #8 (Rihanna's 10th top 10 single) before quickly jumping into the top 5. It bounced around in there for a few weeks (spent 2 weeks at #2 and 2 more weeks at #4) before lifting 2-1 to reach the penthouse. It became Rihanna's 5th #1 single (the most in history) and Eminem's 1st #1 single. It should be able to go at least platinum (all other Rihanna #1's did so) and will more than likely rank pretty high on next year's top 100.
Come back for part 3!
