Macklemore's "Can't Hold Us (feat. Ray Dalton)" holds at #1 to occupy the top slot for a third consecutive week. Macklemore's previous hit "Thrift Shop (feat. Wanz)" ruled for 4 weeks. Before reaching the top position, the song set the record for "Most Weeks at #2", advancing over "Sweet Nothing (feat. Florence Welch)" by Calvin Harris, which spent 8 consecutive weeks stalled in the runner-up position.
Katy Tiz holds at #2 with newest single "Red Cup". Although the song is up over 25% in airplay this week, it is still considerably far off from the total airplay spins that Macklemore's "Can't Hold Us (feat. Ray Dalton)" has received this week.
Robin Thicke chugs 4-3 with worldwide smash hit "Blurred Lines (feat. T.I. and Pharrell Williams)". Easily the biggest airplay gainer this week. Although below both Katy Tiz and Macklemore, at the rate its growing, it could top the tally next week.
Emmelie De Forest slides 3-4 with "Only Teardrops", after two weeks atop the tally. It is just the fourth Eurovision entry to crack the list, and is the second to hit #1 on the tally. Last year's winner (Loreen's "Euphoria") debuted at #1, and became the #15 song of 2012, and the #7 of 2012-2013 (so far). To date it has spent at least 1 week at every position in the top 5.
Avril Lavigne's "Here's To Never Growing Up" holds at #5 for a third consecutive week. 10 weeks ago, the single became the 6th #1 debut in our chart's history. To date it has spent 11 weeks in the top 5.
Kelly Clarkson's third nonconsecutive top 10 single, "People Like Us" moves 7-6 in its 20th week on the chart. Clarkson previously landed at #1 for a single week with "What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)", and #8 with follow up single "Dark Side". If it reaches the top 5 next week, it would tie the record for "Longest Rise to the Top 5". This record is currently held by "How to Be a Heartbreaker", which ultimately stopped at #5.
Kat DeLuna shifts 6-7 with "Stars". It falls due to the fact that it has not yet been released to iTunes or amazon.com.
Sharon Doorson holds at #8 with her new single "Killer". It had a monster first week, and was additionally fueled by the release of Doorson's debut album also titled "Killer". Despite its large launch, and continued success throughout its second week, the song has started to fall apart, and could easily stop at #8.
Loreen bullets 10-9 with her latest worldwide hit "We Got the Power". It became her fourth non-consecutive top 10 single after "Euphoria" peaked at #1(x3), "My Heart Is Refusing Me" peaked at #1, and "Crying Out Your Name" stopped at #3.
Ellie Goulding dips 9-10 with third top 5 hit "Figure 8", after a two week stay at #1. It easily her best performing single, as her other two top 5 singles both stopped at #4.
