So... it has been exactly 52 weeks since Loreen first debuted at #1 with Eurovision 2012 winner "Euphoria". Where is she one year later? Still in the top 40 of our chart. Loreen has spent 51 out of the last 52 weeks on our chart, only falling off for a single week before a re-entry. She has also spawned another #1 single, another top 5 single and two more top 30 singles ("We Got the Power" enters at #22 this week). This puts her at a grand total of 5 entries over just one year.
She has also set numerous records (some of which have recently been broken) including "Most Weeks on Chart" (currently holds title with "Euphoria"), and "Most Weeks at #2" (broken by Florence Welch and Clavin Harris).
The real questions are "Can she repeat her first year success in her second year?", and "Will Euphoria manage to stay at least one more week for a complete year on the chart?".
We will find out soon enough...
