Macklemore & Ryan Lewis rev up 4-2 with 2nd consecutive top 5 single, "Can't Hold Us (feat. Ray Dalton) ". The song claims the "Airplay Gainer" tag for a third week.
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis also claim the #3 position with four week #1 runner "Thrift Shop (feat. Wanz)". The single descends 1-3.
Taylor Swift rises 5-4 with "I Knew You Were Trouble" during the song's 20th week. After four albums, and 24 single releases she nets her first top 5 hit on her 25th try. It also came fairly close to breaking the record for "Longest Climb to the Top 5"; it was off by just two weeks.
Flying 8-5 is Maroon 5's "Daylight". The song becomes the group's 7th consecutive top 5 hit this week. It follows the group's "Moves Like Jagger (feat. Christina Aguilera)" which peaked at #5, "Payphone (feat. Wiz Khalifa)" which peaked at #1(x4), "One More Night"which peaked at #1, "Love Somebody" which peaked at #1, "Lucky Strike" which peaked at #3, and "Doin' Dirt"which peaked at #5.
Vita Chambers holds 6-6 with four week ruler and debut single "Fix You".
Cascada continues rising with Eurovision entry, and 2nd consecutive top 10 single "Glorious". The single advances 9-7, fueled by airplay gains.
Loreen dives 3-8 with "Crying Out Your Name". The dramatic drop is parallel to a steep drop in airplay and a large number of new songs entering the upper chart region.
Jumping 11-9 is Eva Simons with new single "Chemistry". Despite the jump, airplay for the single has started to weaken and new reports show evidence that the song could have a shorter than predicted lifespan/run on the chart.
Rounding out the top 10, is newcomer Sharon Doorson with her debut single "Fail In Love". With amazingly strong first week airplay, the single becomes the biggest chart debut in about 15 weeks. In terms of airplay, starts above Macklemore's #10 entrance, but lower than the #10 start made by Vita Chambers.
