Everyone knows that Selena Gomez is trying to have a successful solo career. She has teased trailers, announced a MTV performance and starred in movies to promote herself and her music. After recently releasing her new single "Come and Get It" we are a little disappointed. For a little over a month she has heavily hyped her newest single, and we can't seem to get over the fact that it is a little disappointing. The single has a heavy tribal influence and the beat is't as crazy as she said it would be.
We believe that the following could be reasons as to why the single doesn't match the hype it has received.
1. Tribal Beat With No Breakdown
2. Repeat of Many Words
3. Short and Cheesy Chorus
4. Beats Cover Vocals
5. Unlike Previous Recordings
Rating: 2/10
Bottom-Line: Overproduced and downright dumb. Don't expect it to chart.
