Jumps: October 18th

Welcome to a new feature that I like to call Jumps. Is a weekly post talking about next week's biggest jumps up and down the chart.

Expectations on Last Week's Debuting Songs:

Loreen's newest song "My Heart Is Refusing Me" is expected to launch to the top position, dethroning Rihanna's newest song.

Alexandra Stan's newest song Cliché (Hush Hush) is expected to crack the top 10.

Adele's "Skyfall" is expected to drop down a few spaces due to the release of new songs, and songs crossing over from the bubbling chart.

Cher Lloyd's "Playa Boi" is expected to rise up the chart, and Cheryl Cole's song is expected to drop down many positions due to weak airplay.

Also due to Ellie Goulding's album release, "Anything Could Happen" could re-enter the chart and "I Need Yor Love" is expected to rise.

Flo Rida's "I Cry" will also hit the top 20 next week.

As a side note P!nk could net a fifth top 10 hit with "Slut Like You" on the rise. Her other four top ten hits include "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)", "The King Is Dead But The Queen Is Alive", "Timebomb", and "Try" which peaked at #'s 1, 9, 5, and 10 respectively. She would become the second charting artist to accomplish this feat after Nicki Minaj. She currently holds second place with Maroon 5 after Nicki Minaj. Maroon 5 has launched "Payphone (feat. Wiz Khalifa)" , "One More Night", "Love Somebody", and "Lucky Strike" into the top 10 to #'s 1, 1, 1, and 3 respectively. Despite Maroon 5's singles being more successful than P!nk's (in terms of position), they do not have another song waiting right outside the top 10 like P!nk does.

Come back Monday to see the CDS Music Chart and the CDS R&B/SOUL Singles Chart refreshed.
